- TheInternational Finance Corporation (IFC) has been mandated by the Government ofTunisia to support with the preparation and delivery of its green program forthe phosphate sector. The program includes: (i) a slurry pipeline to transportphosphate from the mining basin to the washing plants, (ii) a 100,000 m3/daydesalination plant and (iii) a solar plant to power both the slurry pipelineand the desalination plant.IFC seeks to hire an engineeringconsultancy firm (or consortium) to support IFC and its government client todefine and design the water desalination plant as well as the solar plant fromconcept to tendering to the market.
