- The International FinanceCorporation (IFC) has been mandated by the Government of Tunisia to support with thepreparation and delivery of its green program for the phosphate sector. Theprogram includes: (i) a slurry pipeline to transport phosphate from the miningbasin to the washing plants, (ii) a 100,000 m3/day desalination plant and (iii)a renewable energy plant.IFC seeks to hire an engineeringconsultancy firm to support IFC and its government client conduct feasibilitystudies, develop a preliminary design and technical specifications for the slurrypipeline system from concept to tendering to the market (including definingtechnical evaluation criteria).
