- Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance to Support the Digital Transformation of User-Centric Public Services through the Extension of the Life Event-Approach to New Services in Tunisia The technical support, which is the subject of this call for expression of interest, aims to extend the efforts made since the launch of the GovTech project in 2020, in the implementation of the life event approach for the administrative simplification of public services through digitalization. The technical assistance will capitalize on the efforts already made on the simplification of the first wave of life-events, and the setting up of the pilot barometer of public services, with a view to (1) applying the existing methodology to other selected citizen services, (2) extending the approach to business services, (2) improving the tools for the data collection and analysis of feedback from users of public services, (4) strengthen teams' capacities on the approach. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
