- Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance Mission for the Implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan of the Rural Sanitation Program - Tranche 4 (par4) The National Sanitation Office (ONAS) invites Consultants to submit their applications to provide the services described above. Interested consultants (or consulting firms) must provide information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, etc.). The evaluation of the expressions of interest of the consultants (or consulting firms) will be made on the basis of the references of the candidates made during the period from January 1, 2010 until the deadline for the submission of the expressions of interest, according to the following three criteria: R1. Implementation mission or implementation assistance: - an environmental and social action plan (PAES) during the works phase or the operating phase in the sanitation sector (network or, SP or WWTP), - an environmental and social management plan (ESMP) during the works phase or the operating phase in the sanitation sector (network or, SP or WWTP), R2. Implementation mission or assistance in the implementation of: - an environmental and social action plan (PAES) during the works phase or the operating phase in the water sector or in the water sector; environment - an environmental and social management plan (ESMP) during the works phase or the operating phase in the water sector or in the environment sector, A3. Study mission carried out in the sanitation sector (network or SP or WWTP) or in the water sector or in the environment sector: - Environmental impact study, or - Environmental and social management study , or - Environmental and social security study
