- The IPDLI program is recruiting a consultant for a mission of support for strategic development and institutional and organizational consolidation of the General Federation of Building and Wood (FGBB), member of the UGTT.The consultant must fulfill the following conditions: - Have a good practice of the audit and/or diagnosis of organizations- have a good knowledge of the private sector and the construction sector- have a perfect knowledge of the functioning of the UGTT and its structures- have a good knowledge of operation employers' organizations- have a perfect knowledge of social dialogue, environment and the challenges of the private sector- have at least 10 years of professional experience in themes related to socio-economic or institutional or strategic or strategic development or Organizational- to have worked on a problem of the development of UGTT union structures operating in the private sector in Tunisia.
