Description: This contract is continuing the following purposes:
Purpose 1: Accompany the target municipalities of the Program "Support to Local Governance: Ettamkeen El Mahalli" in the conduct of a local planning process and the definition of a specific municipal program established by actions from the local development plan ( PDL).
Finality 2: Develop and provide communal actors with a set of tools, devices and methods that will allow municipalities to control the planning process, programming, annual budgeting, implementation and monitoring of actions.
