Assignment Description The World Bank invites eligible firms to indicate their interest immediately to provide support to the World Banks technical assistance to Tunisias COVID-19 vaccination campaign. The selected firm will a) provide technical advice in the design of a system (dashboards) to monitor and evaluate vaccination program performance in real-time and providing in-time analytics; b) provide policy guidance on the national COVID-19 vaccination communication strategy; c) technical advice on monitoring of COVID-19 vaccination delivery system capacity and provide in-time analytics and recommendations to improve performance; and d) conduct workshops and knowledge sharing events to share global experience. The work will be conducted in the early stages of the vaccination campaign to ensure a successful roll-out, with the work expected to be finalized by May 2021. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit their expressions of interest in English, electronically through World Bank Group eConsultant2 (https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html). NOTE Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted. Qualification Criteria · 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. · 2.
