- Head of Mission: Support for the Conceptualization of the National Observatory for Sustainable Management of Natural Resources (ONGDRN). QUALIFICATIONS: · Relevant university training (min bac + 5) in rural engineering, hydraulics and planning, agricultural development, or other similar profiles ; · Fluency in French level C1 and English · Confirmed experience of 15 years including 5 years at the international level in land policy and strategic studies which proves experience in the coordination of projects and the design of spatial planning policies , design of the Observatory of the environment and natural resources, Land use planning and development, Have solid experience in collecting, processing, analyzing and publishing multi-source and multivariate data in relation to various fields including the environment and natural resources, Have a great capacity for 'analysis, synthesis and writing · 15 years of experience in the field of land / sustainable rural development , strategic studies, evaluation and reform of public policies in the field of natural resource management and / or in carrying out a feasibility study of observatories, in the field of research or projects dealing with environmental assessment and natural resource management. A good experience in the production of technical and scientific publications · 5 years of management experience as a project manager in the field of water and soil conservation and land use planning · 3 years of experience within the framework of short or long-term missions within projects in developing or emerging countries, including 1 year in North Africa / Maghreb /MENA · 3 years of experience in international cooperation projects · Five works in reference to the governance of soils and the policies that govern the links between territorial planning and the sustainable management of natural resources in relation to the objectives of rural development START / DURATION: The start of activities is scheduled for November 22, 2021 until September 30, 2022.
