The National Sanitation Office (ONAS) "the Contracting Authority" proposes to launch an open international call for tenders for the supply, loading, transport and unloading of PVC and HDPE pipes for the execution of drainage network extension worksment in the towns of Menzel Jemil, Menzel Aberrahmen and the rural locality of El Azib at the site of the Menzel Bourguiba wastewater treatment plant in the governorate of Bizerte, financed under the EU budget delegated to the EIB under of the following basic act: Investment Facility for the voisinage (FIV) as part of the integrated program for the depollution of the Lake Bizerte region in Tunisia.
