Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Regionalization and Territorialization of Public Policies in Tunisia: Module 1: Inventory and Analysis of Public Policies. The general objective of the study is to support the Tunisian government in its forward thinking on the reform of regionalization in Tunisia, and thus help consolidate a clear vision of the Region as a key player in more effective and inclusive regional development. The specific objective is to establish, on the basis of an inventory of 3 specific sectors, a mapping of public policies and an in-depth analysis in terms of planning, implementation and financing. The aim of the mission is therefore, for certain policies and in the three chosen sectors, to propose in concrete terms the substance that could be devolved to this level in order to optimize public action.
