- The IPDLI Project (ILO-EU/SDC), wishes to recruit a national consultant to carry out an integrated waste management study in the municipalities with forestry vocations, namely the two municipalities of Ain drahem and Hammam Bourguiba of the governorate of JendoubaQualifications and experience of the consultant Be an engineer or more in the environment or in a relevant field with proven professional experience of at least 20 years in the field of environment and management garbage. Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of similar studies, as well as an in-depth understanding of specific waste management challenges. Prior experience working with government agencies or environmental NGOs in carrying out similar studies/projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required to develop clear technical reports and persuasive presentations aimed at various stakeholders.
