- Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consulting Firm for the Development of a Strategic Orientation Plan for the Municipality of Khelidia in Relation to its Region. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: - Recruitment of a consulting firm for the development of a strategic orientation plan for the municipality of Khelidia in relation to its region to put together a strategic vision for the municipality of Khelidia to help enhance its regional potential. The consultant will work in a concerted manner with all the stakeholders concerned, within the framework of a participatory formulation approach throughout the process to ensure full ownership of the vision by the beneficiaries. Training for the municipality at the end of the mission will support and finalize this ownership objective.
