Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Public Policy Advisory: Selection of a Firm to Provide Advisory Services and Analytics on Public Policies. The World Bank has been supporting the government of Tunisia with the project «Implementing priority public actions to enhance competitiveness and improve public services in Tunisia (Delivery Unit)» since early 2016. This project, anchored in the Presidency of the Government, aims to support the government in the swift implementation of top public policy priorities. Through this Delivery Unit, the government has designed economic recovery plans and monitored priority reforms, including the unblocking and delivery of infrastructure programs, digitalization of public services, approval of concessions for solar energy. The World Bank is seeking to hire a firm to contribute to this program through providing advisory services and analytics on public policies. The objectives are to (i) Provide advisory services and analytics on public policies and to (ii) Support establishment of an effective reform and public policy monitoring mechanism.
