Description:
The overall objective of the mission is the development of a project document (Prodoc), description of technical assistance with interventions to be provided by the International Labor Organization as part of the implementation of the vulnerable category inclusion program. The document will include a description of the action, the institutional framework and assembly as well as the logical framework and the intervention budget. The development of the prodoc of the PICAV program will be based on the conceptual note of the said program annexed to these TDRS and must allow the achievement of the following objectives: • The definition of a clear strategic and operational framework for a cooperation program aimed at the social inclusion of the vulnerable categories. Towards the development of a program focused on an inclusive and participative approach • The establishment of a governance and coordination framework for the PICAV • The development of a monitoring and evaluation system guaranteeing the sustainability and success of the program.
