Description:
The assignment will deliver a feasibility study to identify,prioritize, and preliminarily design viable reuse options for treatedwastewater from selected small and medium WWTPs across Tunisia. The consultingfirm will assess technical solutions (treatment, transfer, storage,irrigation), perform initial economic/financial analysis, review institutionaland governance arrangements, and screen environmental and social aspects,aligning with national strategies (Water 2050 and Reuse 2050 Master Plan).Key outputs include a prioritized set of reuse sub-projectswith preliminary designs and costs, stakeholder consultation inputs, and draftToRs for detailed engineering and ESIA. The work will be carried out overapproximately six months under the guidance of a Client-led steering committee.
