- Context in the framework of emergency preparation, UNICEF Tunisia plans to conclude one or more long -term agreements (LTA) with service providers in order to be able to provide the supply of kits and various articles of water hygiene and sanitation whose main aim is to improve access to water, hygiene and sanitation during crisis times and the reduction of health risks on the basis of minimum SPHERE standards. The purpose of this call for offer is to conclude a long -term agreement (LTA). This is a type of arrangement concluded with one or more providers with agreed prices to use their services if necessary during a determined period. This Agreement is designed for the supply and transport of kit and various Wash kit and the UTSS deposits in Siliana or the UNHCR in Tunis and Zarsis or any other places in Tunisia which will be communicated by UNICEF.
