- Expression of Interest are invited for Informing Green Recovery, Growth, Resilience and Jobs Creation in Southern Tunisia Oasis Landscapes Using NDCs Commitments and Related Measures The World Bank is seeking the services of a consulting team to informing Green Recovery, Growth, Resilience and Jobs Creation in Southern Tunisia Oasis Landscapes Using NDCs Commitments and Related Measures. The objective of this assignment is to conduct analytical work to (i) analyze of the feasibility, opportunities and challenges in the NDCs and explore ways to strengthening the implementation of the NDCs, (ii) map, assess and quantify existent CO2 reservoir in the identified Oasis and potential green jobs that will result from the WAHA project in Tunisia and (iii) assess / quantify envisaged job impacts of the restoration of Oasis landscapes on other contiguous land uses and nature-based infrastructure, (v) identify potential aspects of project design and activities that can be adjusted to create more jobs for the population. Ultimately, a succinct policy brief will be prepared to engage with decision makers. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
