If your offer is accepted, you will receive a proper purchase order. The ILO must receive your offer before November 14, 2025, 11:00 p.m. Abidjan time, Republic of Ivory Coast. Offers received after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. The ILO reserves the right to reject offers which are not submitted in accordance with these instructions.
