Country: Tunisia Description of the mission: recruitment of a national or international consultant for the capacity building of the group of negotiators on climate transparency and the implementation of the Paris Agreement in the context of participation in COP 30 Mission/Services periods(if applicable): The duration provided for the realization of this work is estimated at seven months; The accomplishment of this mission and the human resources to be mobilized are estimated at 30 men days.
