Description:
The individual consultant will be responsible for the development of an audit guide based on the risk for the need of the CGF. More specifically, the consultant will intervene to develop an audit guide based on risk, intended for the use of public sector control professionals. The guide must describe, in a synthetic way, according to an approach based on risks, the process of conducting an audit mission by the public control body as well as the different stages of the planning, realization and communication phases of a audit mission. The development of this guide is part of support to the CGF by highlighting good practices that have already proven themselves and in accordance with international standards. It constitutes a simple approach to approach to implement a structured approach in accordance with international standards (IIA).
