The National Sanitation Office (ONAS) has received an RWSI donssi from the African Development Bank (BAD) to finance part of the actions planned within the framework of the sanitation program of small municipalities of less than 10,000 inhabitants- Phase I (PAPC-I). It is provided that part of the sums granted for this donation will be used to finance the recruitment contract of an individual consultant for: the design and development of the terms of references of a planning management system, budget, project monitoring of projects and markets that integrates with the ONAS information system
