The cabinet must provide the following services: Phase 1: Development of a roadmap for the digital transformation of the cereal sector in Tunisiaetape 1: Critical and detailed analysis of existing information systems. Etape 2: benchmark at the level of Similar country on the plan organization of the cereal sector that has made progress in its digitalization and governance. Etape 3: Cartography of needs by activity and evolution of the system. Etape 4: Presentation of the proposed scenarios. Etape 5: Formalization of the portfolio of the portfolio of Projects (operational roadmap) .Phase 2: Assistance to the project management (AMOA) Step 1: assessment of the existing and detailed analysis of the target solutions Object of each project. ETAPE 2: Elaboration of reference terms (notebooks charges) relating to structuring projects Target activity. Etape 3: Assistance in the choice of integrators. Etape 4: Assistance in setting up.
