• Tenders are invited for Development of the Regional Economic Integration Strategy of the Bmice, 2022-2026 The services covered by this Request for Information-s (RFI-s) consist in particular of: • Development of a new vision and putting in place a new regional integration strategy for the BMICE for the period 2022-2026, which will make it possible to thoroughly review the Bank's current business model and readjust its strategic orientations. • Critical analysis of the current situation of BMICE and critical review of the results of the work of the internal strategic projects of the bank concerning the old vision of the 2016-2020 five-year plan. • Identify the target business model, given the constraints and limitations of the current model, on the one hand, and benchmarks with similar multilateral and regional financial institutions, on the other. • Detect in a detailed manner the means and levers to achieve this by considering the current and future environment of BMICE. • Propose levers for change taking into account possible developments in the countries of the region in terms of measures and / or reforms of access to the Maghreb markets to remove certain major constraints of the scope of intervention of the bank in terms of financing of the trade and investment. • Support the new strategy and new business model by developing and implementing a new institutional and governance framework for BMICE.
