Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Psychometric Scoring Model. The assignment will consist of developing a psychometric scoring model using statistical scoring modeling techniques, combined with psychological science. The model will be piloted by two Tunisian MFIs, that will be selected by IFC and that will benefit from a free usage license during the minimum agreed period, necessary for the scorecard to become robust and for the process to be assimilated by the MFIs. The model will be based on psychological constructs for risk assessment, linking with financial behavior and the use of imaging and a quiz in risk assessment, allowing the predictive system to capture a well-rounded personal profile. The resulting score is then used to identify creditworthy individuals especially in the no-file or thin-file MSME segments, including small entrepreneurs and micro firms in Tunisia. The objective is to help those MSMEs start a credit history, while enabling partner financial institutions to expand their client base. Publication Date: 20-Sep-2022.
