Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Business Continuity Plan and Improvement of Information System. The Cereals Office (UCP) invites interested firms to submit their applications with a view to providing the services described in the TDR. The firm must provide the services specified in the phases following: - Phase 1: Launch of the mission - Phase2: Framing of the Business Continuity Plan. - Phase3: Preparation for the implementation of the PCA. - Phase 4: PCA test plan and MCO maintenance guide. - Phase 5: Training & awareness. Interested firms must provide adequate information on their capabilities and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for said services (documentation, proof of references similar services, experience in comparable missions, etc.). Consultants can join an association to increase their chances of qualification. The pre-selected firms must have at least 3 PCA mission references. All references must be justified by a receipt report or a certificate of satisfaction. or any other equivalent document. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure will be compliant with the new procurement framework adopted by the Group-s Board of Directors of the African Development Bank on October 14, 2015 and effective as of January 1, 2016 and which is available on the bank's website at http://www.afdb.org Interested firms can collect the TORs either directly from the office of the permanent secretariat of market control at the headquarters of the Office des Céréales 30 rue Alain Savary Tunis belvédère, i.e. the download from the Office des Céréales website https://www.oc.com.tn. One of the 4 components of this project corresponds to the study to develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and improve the security of the information system of the Office des Céréales. In this context, the Office of Cereals (UCP) in charge of the implementation of this project plans to recruit through an AMI (Notice of Expression of Interest) a consulting firm for the study of the development of its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and improvement of the security of its information system in accordance with the requirements of the Bank and the applicable national legislation in a manner and in substance satisfactory to the Bank within the framework of realization.
