Expression of Interest are invited for Developing Export-Oriented Green Hydrogen Trade in Tunisia The objective of this assignment is to provide to the World Bank a comparative analysis for the client (Tunisian Ministry of Energy) with near to long-term vision to simulate the production of green hydrogen in Tunisia and then transported to European markets, compared to green hydrogen produced in other countries and then transported to Europe by delivering (i) comparative cost analysis in Europe between green hydrogen from Tunisia and green hydrogen from countries like Mauritania, Morocco, Egypt and Chile; (ii) evaluation and recommendation of how to maximize the socio-economic benefits of green hydrogen production in Tunisia for export; and (iii) Identification of options in terms of contracts (e.g. MoU) for a win-win partnership between the Government of Tunisia and foreign investors who would invest in Tunisia to produce green hydrogen for export.
