Expression of Interest are invited for Tunisia: Corporate Financial Viability Assessment. Publication Date: 07-Dec-2021 Expression of Interest Deadline: 14-Dec-2021 at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time - Washington D.C.). ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The World Bank Financial Sector Advisory Center (FinSAC) in Vienna, and Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice (FCI) in cooperation with the Central Bank of Tunisia (CBT) are calling for the expression of interest in conducting a detailed study on corporate financial viability in Tunisia comprising at minimum the following components: 1. Adapted methodology for identifying companies financial health. 2. Identification of adapted indicators of companies debt sustainability, profitability, and growth considering local specifics of Tunisia. 3. Sectorial analysis and identification of key vulnerabilities with a focus on manufacturing, construction, tourism sectors, and separately on state-owned enterprises. 4. Sensitivity analysis of assumed fluctuations in revenues, interest rates, FX rates, and other key parameters. 5. Recommendations for the resolution of indebted companies including a systemic approach if adopted.
