Tenders are invited for Construction Works for Rural Markets in some Localities in the Area Offers must be submitted to the following address: Value Chain Development Project Agricoles (PD-CVA) located in the Golf district next to the Tunisian Embassy no later than February 22, 2022 at 14 hours. Submission of Offers electronically will not be permitted. Offers in delay will not be accepted. The Offers will be opened in the presence of representatives of Duly authorized tenderers with a good knowledge of the file and of the people present at the above address. February 22, 2022 at 3 p.m The Invitation to Tender Document in French can be purchased by any interested Tenderer by formulating a written request to the address below against a non-refundable1 payment of one hundred thousand (100 000) CFA francs, payable to the CAS ARMP Special Allocation Account No. 335 988 60001-94 at BICEC, representing the costs of acquiring the file. The tender dossier will be withdrawn from the Project on presentation of the purchase receipt. The DAO can be withdrawn at the project level or by channel electronic (e-mail). 8.
