The planned works consist of the study, the execution of the works and the commissioning of the water treatment plant in khelidia as well as the treated water transfer system. The services under this contract include the following tasks: The carrying out of civil engineering works relating to the works of the waste treatment plant with treatment capacity: 2,427 m3/d as well as the treated wastewater transfer system. The supply, installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, automation of the wastewater treatment plant; The commissioning of all the installations and their commissioning; The operation of the waste treatment plant during the observation period.
