The National Sanitation Office (ONAS) "the Project Owner", intends to launch an open international call for tenders to designate a company or a joint solidarity group of companies for carrying out the engineering works. civil and supply, transport, assembly and esknow the electromechanical and electrical equipment necessary for the rehabilitation and extension of the wastewater treatment plant in the city of Bizerte, financed as a loan by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as part of the integrated program for depollution of the Lake Bizerte region (EcoPact) co-financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Tunisian State.
