Description:
The external collaborator will be responsible for conducting a multidimensional diagnosis of assistance centers for disabled people in the governorate of Kébili, covering legal, administrative, financial, organizational, land, equipment and human resources. It will also have to develop a national benchmarking report on good practices, making it possible to capitalize on successful and transferable experiences. Based on these analyses, it will eco-design with the local stakeholders the socio-economic models (Business Models Canvas - BMCS) adapted to each center, in order to strengthen their financial autonomy and their role in socio-economic inclusion. The mission will include the preparation and facilitation of workshops participatory processes for the development of BMCS, the finalization and validation of models, as well as the drafting of a final consolidated report bringing together diagnostics, benchmarking and BMCS, accompanied by recommendations for the sustainability and replicability of the model. The consultant must ensure regular communication with the ILO Office, respect contractual deadlines and guarantee the quality of deliverables in accordance with institutional standards.
