- Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The recruited consultant must actively contribute to finalize the update of the National Employment Strategy (SNE) as well as its action and implementation plan, taking into account the merger of the SNEI action plan by 20235 and supporting its adoption through the following tasks :1/ Integrate the SNEi (National International Employment Strategy) into the SNE in the form of a 5th axis;2/ Integrate the remarks/responses to the comments of technical specialists from the Ministry of Social Partners and other ministries involved according to the recommendations of the dedicated council of ministers for the SNE organized in March 2025 the ILO (DWT Cairo) and ILO colleagues in Tunisia in the SNE;3/ Moderate review sessions of the SNE at the MEFP;4/ Moderate meetings with the UGTT and/or UTICA as well as with other technical ministries to collect their comments;5/ Adjust the text of the SNE as the previous stages progress;6/ Support the MEFP in preparing political meetings with a view to adoption formal SNE;7/ Prepare with the MEFP and the ILO and moderate a workshop to present the SNE;8/ Participate in coordination meetings with the MEFP and the ILO.
