- Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Six Tugs for the Merchant Marine and Ports Office (OMMP) The candidates who are admitted to participate in this call for tenders are shipbuilding companies approved by the competent authorities of their countries and which may participate individually or in a group with other shipbuilding companies and/or with companies carrying out an activity related to the subject of this invitation to tender. As for the provisional guarantee (the bank guarantee constituting the provisional guarantee or the original payment slip to the account of the OMMP: "Agence BNA: NĀ° 03 003 0380115004503 94") of an amount equal to one million eight hundred thousand (1,800 .000) Tunisian Dinars, it will be sent through the offline procedure before the date and time limits set for the submission of offers. The outer envelope must contain the following parts: * The administrative documents and the provisional guarantee (the bank guarantee constituting the provisional guarantee or the original payment slip to the OMMP account: "Agence BNA: NĀ° 03 003 0380115004503 94") of an amount equal to one million eight one hundred thousand (1,800,000,000) Tunisian Dinars (original offer plus one copy). *An envelope A containing the technical offer (original offer plus a copy). *An envelope B containing the financial offer (original offer plus a copy). In the event of discrepancies between the original offer and the copy, the original offer shall prevail. Any offer received outside the deadlines and any offer not accompanied by the provisional guarantee will be rejected.
