The financial offer: Annex BIt must be in Tunisian Dinar (TND) excluding VAT and include the necessary details on all sections allowing a better understanding of the total amount offered. The price indicated must be fixed and cover all costs linked to the execution of the contract described (costs of EQUIPMENT and delivery, etc.).
