Acquisition and Implementation of a Integrated Management Computer Solution for the Tunisian Post Component 1: ERP o Purchasing Management, Inventory Management and Logistics, Management of Fixed Assets and Maintenance Management (including fleet); o Financial Management, Accounting and Management Control; o Project Management. o Human Resources Management. ➢ Component 2: Postal activity o Management of postal activity repositories; o Management of Front Office and Back Office postal activity ➢ Component 3: Customer Relationship Management ➢ Component 4: Business Intelligence The provisions in the instructions to tenderers and in the conditions general conditions of the contract are the provisions of the Bank's bidding documents African Development: Procurement of goods or works. 7.
